How to login into the EVA Portal?

In-order to login into the EVA Portal, you need to first Set-up your account and then Sign-in for every access.

To do so :
1. Enter the portal by entering the following link in your browser: www.eva.mobileodt.com
2. The supported browsers are the latest versions of: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
3. You will be presented with the Welcome screen where you can set-up a new user, sign-in with your existing user, reset your password, contact MobileODT support, and review our terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy as shown in the below image under Setting-up your account.

Setting-up your account :
1. If you are new to the EVA System and did not set the password on an EVA device or on the portal click on “Set up.”

2.Enter the email associated to your EVA user account. Click on ‘Send activation code.’ An email will be sent with a code that needs to be entered in the next screen.

3. Enter the activation code you received. If you did not receive an email check your spam and trash folders.
After entering the activation code you will be requested to select a password.

Please note: The password requires a minimum of eight characters including a capital letter, a lowercase letter, and one number. This password will be used to access your EVA account, both on the portal and while activating your EVA device for the first time.

Signing-in to the EVA Portal:
1. If you have already set up your EVA account and have chosen a password, press ‘Sign in’on the portal page and enter the username(email ID) and the password you used while creating the EVA account.
